Caroline Patrickis

Caroline Patrickis is loving life in Washington D.C. She moved to the nation’s capital to continue her journalism career with ABC7 news in January 2018.

She’s the stations first digital reporter and is challenged everyday with expanding the station’s online content with stories that are important to you. WJLA recognizes the importance of bringing viewers content where they are at. Caroline helps make that possible through unique storytelling online.

Formerly, Caroline worked for WIS-TV in Columbia, SC where she was a general assignment reporter with an investigative spirit. Prior to South Carolina, she worked at KNBN-TV in Rapid City, SD as the weekend evening anchor and reporter.

Caroline has been in love with journalism since she started college at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA. She loves meeting people in the community and helping to share their stories.

When she is not on TV, she is traveling the world. Caroline has traveled to 30 countries and counting. Most recently visiting India, Malaysia, Jordan, and Vietnam.
